So yesterday a friend on mine on social media, can’t really remember if it’s on Facebook or WhatsApp we met called me saying
Charlie I saw u posting a picture of a pickup vehicle. Issit true u now do bulk delivery on pickup and I answered a big YES
She said her friend wants to move a full set of chairs from a carpentry workshop at Lamingo road to Murtalla Muhammad way, can we do it?
I answered a big yes.
She asked for our price. Since I knew I was a full set of chairs there was no need for me to think before giving her a price
I gave her fair price and she asked for a little discount. We Sha agreed on d price.
She sent my number to her friend to call me directly cos it was obvious she convinced that her friend to use us at all cost
He called me and we agreed that I’ll b sending my driver to come and do the work
I sent his phone number to my driver and in no time, he drove to d said location, picked up and delivered without any stories 🥰

We’re just a call away, give us a call and we’ll b right on time ✌️
So I received a call from one of our darling clients turned family saying she has deliveries and wished to b picked up by 5pm. Knowing how supportive we both have been to our various brands, I knew there was no how I could disappoint her. I sent her pickup details to one of our riders and asked him to make sure he get to her location at most 5pm. I mistakenly sent my rider her WhatsApp phone number not knowing that she has a different line for call and for WhatsApp 🥲. My rider got to her location and was unable to call her because d line wasn’t connecting, he tried calling me to inform me but I wasn’t close to my phone, I picked up my phone after 30 minutes and saw his missed calls, there I knew something was wrong. I had to call him and sent d real number for him to reach her. We got to her, picked up her package after explaining to her our reason of coming 30 minutes behind schedule. We went for d delivery and we’re paid handsomely 🤗. So my rider returned back with this package of garnished kpomo, saying she asked him to give to his boss. I was dumbfounded at first cos I actually wasn’t expecting anything apart from d fact that she pays well for all her deliveries 🕺🏻🕺🏻.
I was happy that Atleast someone sees d work/effort we put into this hustle and feels like giving us a taste of sweetness 😋.
