What is leadership?
It trail blazing and path finding, leadership is doing what others finds impossible to do. Leadership is going the extra miles.
Leadership is doing now what others think of doing in a later time.
Leadership is taking responsibility and not casting blames. People blame parents, friends, teachers etc.
Leadership is hard work and progressive at that.
Characteristics of a leader
1. A good leader seeks opportunity and doesn’t wait for one, he creates where there is none and when he stumbles into one he counts it as eventuality. Many talk about being lucky, but my take on luck is that a lucky person is that person who doesn’t wait for luck to succeed.
2. Leaders try to see prospect in every situation. Albert Estienne said, he tried the bulk one thousand times, he failed nine hundred nine times but got to know only one way the bulb can give light.
3. Leaders don’t quit, they don’t fight and run away, and they fight and fight on to victory.
4. Leaders are self-motivators. David encouraged himself in the Lord.
5. Leaders don’t look for short cut or quick fix, they fellow every details and make sure they fix it forever.
6. Leaders don’t procrastinate, they do what they have to do.
7. Leaders are risk takers. They don’t fear death rather death fear them. It is a greater risk not take a risk.
8. Leaders have great self-esteem, self-control and personal discipline.

9. Leaders are bold and courageous. But are very articulate in their targets.

10. Leaders are teachable and accountable.

11. Leaders keep integrity. The greatest bankruptcy in the world is character bankruptcy.

12. Leaders don’t waist resources rather they manage and process resources and they are resources themselves.
