CONNECTED

Ye shall walk after the Lord your God, and fear Him, and keep His commandments, and obey His voice, and ye shall serve Him, and cleave unto Him. Deuteronomy 13:4

To know is to have knowledge about a thing. There are many ways of knowing and recognizing someone.

But in whichever way you may know a person, if there is no powerful connection between you and that person, there will be no permanent link between both of you, and benefiting from each other will remain remote. God is to be known.

It is your knowledge of God that determines how you relate with Him. When we are talking about knowing God and recognizing Him, we are emphasizing on creating a permanent link between you and God, that you may continuously benefit from His goodness and mercy.

Unless you are connected to God, your knowledge of Him will be by abysmal. God is a Spirit; therefore, you have to be disconnected sensually, to be connected spiritually.

Some know God, but for lack of confidence in Him, they are not connected to God. Some Christians are observing spiritual distancing with God, while some are in isolation from God, this is to avoid being quarantined in the searchlight of the Holy Ghost, where their evil and hypocritical life will come to light.

There are many things responsible for this - some are power-drunk, some are financially engulfed, some are politically captivated, some are denominationally inclined, some are afraid of their social inclinations, some are self-centered, some have pride and arrogance and some are sin-encyclopedia.

These Christians know God, but they are entangled in various ways that they cannot get themselves connected to God.

There are also those who know God, but do not serve God. And there are also those who serve God, but do not know God.

Either way, it is not a good spiritual disposition. The credentials of a true child of God is found in the genuineness of his knowledge of God, diligence of his service unto the Lord, righteousness of his life in Christ, goodness of his work, inspiration of his testimony, and harmony of his message.


CONFESSION: Father, a branch that is disconnected from the tree can never bear fruit. Please keep me connected to You in Jesus Christ name.

DO NOT GIVE UP

And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God. Ruth 1:16

I want to encourage you not to give up in life. No matter the unfavorable conditions ravaging your existence, do not quit on anything godly that you set your eyes on.

No matter the pressure, do not give up on what your heart is convinced to achieve. Backing out during a championship race signifies automatic disqualification and equally missing out from the prize attached to the race.

In other words, any athlete who gives up halfway during a race becomes ineligible to lay his hand on the winners’ medal.

Child of God, in the journey of life, there is certainty that you will encounter obstacles, hurdles and blockades.

The wind of unfavorable conditions will surely blow towards you but hanging on and focusing squarely on actualizing your set goal helps you to arrive on the podium of destiny accomplishment.

Those who quit halfway on their journey to success territory will surely end up as a certified failure.

Those who quit on their goals will surely live to regret their decision. Pressing forward no matter the frictional forces acting against your motion in life sponsors outright actualization of your utmost heart desires.

Despite the gimmicks deployed by Elijah in order to dissuade Elisha from following him, Elisha hanged on and remained resolute towards his course to obtain double portion of the anointing of his master Elijah.

They journeyed from Gilgal to Bethel, from Bethel to Jericho, from Jericho to Jordan yet Elisha was not deterred rather he hanged on in order to obtain the Desires of his heart.

His resolute paid off and the double portion of the anointing of Elijah rested upon him (2 Kings 2:1-14).

Dearly beloved, anything you desire in life is possible to actualize if and only if you will remain resolute pursuing after it.

Ruth remained to follow her mother-in-law back to Bethlehemjudah despite the pressure from Noami to dissuade her from following her.

Her resolute mentality and action paid off and she ended up marrying Boaz who was the richest person in the land of Bethlehemjudah (read Ruth chapter 1- 4).

Always remember that winners never quit and quitters never win. The choice is yours

SATAN'S CUNNINGNESS

And when the tempter came to him, he said, if thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. Matthew 4:3

Satan is a froward and cunning entity. he only uses his cunning craftiness to subdue the ignorant men.

Adam and Eve were victims of deception by Satan because of their ignorance to the subtilty of the enemy.

Satan through his cunning craftiness made Adam and Eve to fall from their throne of authority (Genesis 3:1-8).

Men who are not alert to the cunning nature of the bastard devil cannot escape from being pin down on the floor of defeat by the devil.

They will be tossed to and fro like a table tennis by Satan and his cohort when they don't pay attention to Satan's cunningness.

My dearly beloved, remember that the devil only banks on his subtilty to ascertain information about men.

Satan knows nothing about your purpose of existence. He remains in the state of total blackout concerning what you exist to represent until you reveal it to him.

He only uses his cunning characteristic to pe*****te into the affairs of those who are not alert to his cunningness.

Remember that after the holy Spirit beared witness that Jesus is the son of God, Satan showed up with his cunning questions in order to make Him fall.

But Jesus been alert to Satan's cunningness rebuked him through the written words in the scriptures and the devil immediately departed from Him (Matthew 4:1-11).

Child of God, anytime you rebuke Satan with the written words in the scriptures, he flees without hesitation (James 4:7).

Being conversant with the scriptures gives you a clear view and understanding concerning the modus operandi of Satan's cunningness.

It equally helps you to cushion the pressure arising from his subtilty. The devil who is the tempter will always show up with his cunningness without notice, but your alertness gives you power to overcome him.

Been alert to Satan's cunningness makes him and his cohort to stay away from your vicinity. It makes your camp to be hot and unpenetratable by the devil.

You are pragmatically safe from Satan's Wiles when he discovers that you are fully aware of the modus operandi of his cunningness.

My dearly beloved, to defeat the enemy at all times, you must be alert and conversant with the scriptures. Be wise...


CONFESSION: O Lord my God, open my eyes, of understanding to the scriptures, so that I will not be a victim of deception, by the cunningness of the bastard devil, in Jesus Christ name.

PRAISE GOD WELL

Sing unto him, sing Psalm unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works. Paslm 105:2

Praise is a weapon that brings changes in the lives of men. It's God's design for man's glorification.

The weapon of praise is a spiritual change agent. Praise is the celebration of God's Goodness and Grace.

You can't celebrate God's Grace and not manifest or produce Grace.

Praise is the Act of expressing approval to what you desire.

Praise plugs you into the realm of eating the Good of the land.

Praise is a force that breaks the Heavens open.

It takes a praise full heart to trust in God. Praise is a tool that brings you before God for approval.

Your praise to God serves as your covering in the mist of danger.

A praise full month is a mouth that is filled with testimony.

The glory you carry is determined by your praise lifestyle. The level of glory you manifest is determined by the level of your praise life.

Praise is a force that pulls out your honour and promotion. You can't praise God and not become a Blessing.

Praise opens you up to strange miracles and pushes you to a higher height of the supernatural.

Anyone who praise God well must end well. Praising God is giving Him your battle and asking him to do the fighting.

In the mist of hot praise your enmenies goes into confusion without recovery.

Beloved, Quality praise from the heart brings quality turn around. And praise is one of the greatest weapon to silence your enmenies.

CONFESSION: Oh Lord, Plant in me the attitude of continuous praise in Jesus Christ name.
