WHY DID HE COME?

In the beginning, man was created in God's image, with authority and fellowship with Him in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 1:26-27, 2:15-17). However, through man's disobedience, sin entered the world, and humanity fell short of God's glory (failing to meet God's expectation and failure to live up to God's standard).... Genesis 3:6-7, Romans 3:23. This separation from God leads to spiritual death.

But God, in His love and mercy, had a plan to redeem humanity. He had to come to this earth in human form, and was called the Son of God (Jesus Christ), to bridge the gap between God and man (John 3:16, Philippians 2:5-8). Through Jesus' sinless life, He qualified to be the perfect sacrifice for man's sin.

On the cross, Jesus took our place, bearing the weight of our sin and paying the penalty for our disobedience (1 Peter 2:24, Romans 3:25). His death, burial, and resurrection demonstrate God's power over sin and death, and provide forgiveness and justification for all who believe (1 Corinthians 15:3-4, Romans 5:1).

Through faith in Jesus Christ, your sin is forgiven (1 John 1:9), you are reconciled to God (2 Corinthians 5:18), you will receive eternal life (John 3:36) and regain your lost authority and relationship with God (Romans 8:14-17)

The Gospel is a message of hope, love, and redemption for the soul of man. It reminds us that God values His creation and is willing to go to great lengths to restore us to Himself.

Believe in Jesus today and repent of your sin, and you will be saved from the anger of God that is coming.
