DELICIOUS BANGA JOLLOF RICE RECIPE WITH SMOKED FISHπ¨π¨π¨
INGREDIENTS
Rice
Palm fruit juice
Seasoning cubes
Scent leaves ( washed and sliced)
Salt
Pepper ( Roughly blended)
Red onion
Crayfish ( blended)
Banga spice
Smoked fish
PROCEDURE
π Wash and per boil the rice until it's partially done. Wash and set aside.
πPour the palm fruit juice into a clean pot and place on heat. Allow it to come to a boil.
πThen add the seasoning cubes, salt, pepper, crayfish,Banga spice and stir. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes then add the per boiled rice and stir.
πDe bone the smoked fish and cut into your desired size. Add them into the pot , add the chopped onions and stir( At this point, you want to stir very well and start cooking on a medium heat) Taste for salt and seasoning, add if necessary.
π Allow to cook until 80 % done then add the sliced scent leaves. Let it cook until the water finally dries off and the rice is soft.
