Celebrating Mr Commissioner for Youths Development, Hon Patrick Agha Mba

Today marks another blissful day as it's the birthday of Mr Patrick Agha Mba Commissioner for Youths Development Anambra State.

Leaders like Mr Commissioner had inspired hope and sense of belonging in many Youths within the state.

As Commissioner is championing the 1 Youth 2 Skills Programme, an agenda of Mr Governor Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo which has in the pilot initiative engaged 5,000 Youths across the state in different skills acquisition programme.

Also in the line of the 1 Youth 2 Skills programme Includes engagement of 130,000 Youths annually, getting 1,000 Youth Millionaires annually.

As a vibrant Youth, Mr Commissioner had led sensitization tour across the 3 Senatorial Districts in the state educating and enlightening Ndi Anambra to key in and be part of 1 Youth 2 Skills Programme.

As you add another year, May Alimghty God continue to bless and guide you ways as you pilot the affairs of the Youths in our dear state, Anambra.

If you are between ages 18-40 years then this is for you.

The 1 youth 2 skills programme is for serious minded youths who are poised to make a difference.

The applicant must be prepared to undergo the training on daily basis, since it is an apprenticeship model of training.

Anambra State Visits Ihiala Local Government Headquarters

Reassures the People of Its Committment Towards their Security.

Today, the State Government through the office of the Commissioner for Local Government, Chieftaincy and Community Affairs, visited the council's Headquarters which was attacked and set ablezed by unknown people at the early hours of 12th January, 2023.

Mr. Commissioner for Local Government, Chieftaincy and Community Affairs, Hon Tonycollins Nwabunwanne who made the visit in company of the local council's T C Chairman, Hon. Kingsley Obi, Security Agents among others, stated that the visit was to access the area so as to ascertain the level of damage the incident left on them.

The commissioner went further to highlight that the state governor is saddened by the unwarranted attack on the public structure, that he (the governor) has promised not allow those unknown elements who has made themselves enemies of the state to take over the homeland. stressing that the Governor is making serious efforts towards protection of lives and property of all the inhabitants of the state, the commissioner appealled to the people to be patience.

It could be recalled how unknown persons invaded the Ihiala Local headquarters on 12th January around 1am-3am, killed 3 security personnel on duty and burnt down many facilities includes, Traditional Rulers building, HOD's Building, Licensing office building, Education and Social Walfare building, Staff Center building, Education Authority building, NPC Building, Admin block building, Corper's lodge, NULGE building office, INEC Office, Skill Acquisition, Road Safety, 2units Vehicle, 3units motorcycle among others.

OCHA BRIGADE ENFORCING SOLUDO AGENDA OF LIVEABLE AND PROSPEROUS HOMELAND

The enforcement team of Operation Clean and Healthy Anambra (Ocha Brigade), has just mounted strategic road demarcation barricades at Dr Billy Okoye Rd Agu Awka to ensure that law and order are maintained across board by tricycle operators .

Before now the tricycle operators obstruct the free flow of traffic and people living around liter the area with refuse dump but OCHA BRIGADE has come to the rescue and has brought clean and healthy initiative to the area.

The enforcement team of OCHA Brigade also embarked on routine check of payment receipts from commercial tricycle operators around the area to ensure that they are paying the appropriate operators levies to Anambra state government.
