This video is on how to adjust your car driving mirrors from your normal seating position.

There are three driving mirrors - rear view, left side and right side mirrors.

First, locate where your mirror controls are.

Adjust your rear view mirror until you can see the entire back window in the mirror. This is set up to see what is following behind.

Adjust your left side mirror until you can see your car in the last quarter of the mirror, seeing half road and half sky and the back door handle is in the bottom corner of the mirror. This is set up for lane changes and merging into traffic.

Adjust your right side mirror until you see your car in the last quarter of the mirror, seeing a third of the sky and two-thirds of the road and pavement, with the front door handle in the bottom corner of the mirror, and back door handle roughly in the centre of the mirror. This mirror is for parking and lane awareness.
