Nigeria's Reserved Seats for Women Bill is making waves in the constitution review process.
The legislation proposes adding 74 special legislative seats exclusively for women across the National Assembly and State Houses.
Deputy Speaker Benjamin Kalu and 12 other lawmakers are championing this initiative, which would create 37 additional Senate seats, 37 House seats, and 108 state assembly seats reserved only for female candidates over a 16-year period.
