When Dr Osas turned 50th.

Last weekend, family, friends and the entire development community gathered in Abuja to celebrate the Amazon at the Dr as she hits the golden milestone.

It was a great privilege to celebrate the outstanding personality and catch up with mutual friends at the event.

Wishing her the very best and many more happy years.

Transformation Is Sustained by Alignment

Organizations can have:
- strategy,
- ex*****on frameworks,
- talented teams,
- and ambitious product roadmaps…

But without alignment, aspirations eventually become hallucinations.

That is the central idea behind my soon-to-be released book: The Architecture of Enterprise Alignment: The 4P — Portfolio, Project, People & Product

Because sustainable transformation does not happen when functions operate independently.

It happens when strategy, ex*****on, people, and value creation reinforce one another as a unified system.

My diary this week revolved around this principle.

I spent time with team leads across ensuring stronger alignment across teams, priorities, and ex*****on focus as we continue our transformation journey.

I also stopped over at one of valued partners SABC LIMITED to engage with the PMO team on aligning strategic direction with ex*****on excellence because strategy without disciplined ex*****on rarely delivers lasting impact.

Beyond that, I had the privilege of interacting with some of our partners from BetterWays, NRS, and NNPC, reinforcing once again that strong institutions are sustained not just by systems, but by relationships and shared alignment.

One thing remains clear to me:

Transformation is not sustained by activity alone. It is sustained by alignment.
