Dewdrop Foundation is a non-profit organisation established in 2002 with the main goal of improving the livelihoods of vulnerable groups in the society, such as the elderly, care givers(domestic helpers), women and children.

From training caregivers and hospitality professionals at Dewdrop Institute, to reaching communities through Dewdrop Foundation, we’re reminded every day that work is deeply human. It is effort, yes, but also sacrifice, patience, and quiet resilience.
Every worker matters. Every role holds weight, even the ones that rarely get noticed.
To every hand that shows up each day to build, to care, to serve, and to keep things going, thank you. Even when it is not easy, even when no one is watching.
We see it. And we truly value it.

On this International Women's Day, Dewdrop Group, through Dewdrop Foundation and Dewdrop Institute; proudly honours the women who nurture families, build communities, and lead transformation in every sector of society.
For us, empowering women is not just a message for one day; it is a mission that drives our work every day at our various centres. Through vocational education, skills development, mentorship, and community programs, we continue to equip women with the tools they need to become confident leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
Our commitment is rooted in building inclusive communities where women and vulnerable groups are empowered, protected, and able to thrive sustainably.
A lot can happen from the point of training programs that create opportunities for economic independence, to community initiatives that amplify women’s voices in governance and development, we believe that when women are empowered, communities flourish and nations grow stronger.
