🔴 *BREAKING NEWS: FEDERAL HIGH COURT NULLIFIES ALL ACTIONS TAKEN AFTER FEBRUARY 23, 2024 INJUNCTION*

*In a decisive ruling today, Tuesday, 25th February 2025, Justice Osiagor of the Federal High Court, Lagos has set aside all actions taken by Yomi Otubela and Co since the court’s order to maintain status quo on 23rd February 2024.*

The ruling mandates an immediate reversal of:

✅ Decisions and alterations by Board of Trustees (BOTs)
✅ Implementation of the 2023 NAPPS Constitution
✅ Unlawful sealing of the NAPPS Lagos Secretariat

✅ Imposition of Executive Leaders over the duly elected NAPPS Lagos State officials
