The Deputy Speaker Rt. Hon Benjamin Kalu PhD, CFR welcomed students of International Relations from Madonna University on their visit to the National Assembly and shared an inspiring message on leadership, public service, and the role of young people in shaping Nigeria’s future.
It is always a joy to be in rooms where he inspires the next generation, especially when he draws from his own life experiences. There is such passion in his words that you cannot miss his genuine desire to see young people become all that they’ve been called them to be.
He understands the power of investing in people. Every interaction is a lesson in purpose, resilience, service, excellence and leadership.
Leadership is not only about the positions we hold, but also about the lives we influence and the future we help shape.

We had an amazing time at the HerCademy Leadership Institute’s graduation ceremony. Congratulations to the first cohort.
They had clearly put in a lot, and the joy in the room was palpable. You could tell they had been poured into, equipped and inspired.

As always, thank you to the TOS Africa Foundation for matching advocacy with action and intentionally investing in the next generation of female leaders.
