This policy is designed to ensure that whatever materials or equipment supplied to job sites or warehouses are to be of very high quality and standard not minding the situation. This policy in this context is divided into three stages:
1. Quality Control/Assurance of Materials:-
All materials to be used on site must be inspected by Site Supervisor for durability and observed to have attained the international standard.
2. Batch Control:
The batch control of aggregate is carried out to ensure strict maintenance of standard.
3. Testing and Checking:
The objective of this quality policy is to ensure that a good quality finishing is achieved. The quality of the aggregate is made at the supply point to ensure the quality. The Project Manager ensures that supervisor adhere strictly to job specifications.
