With the above reasons, you will agree with me that you need more staff, both house help (domestic) staff or office staff like sales Rep, driver, office Assistant, social media manager, hair stylist, tailor, barber, spe therapist, waiter's/waitress, gate man, personal assistant, e.t.c.

Also, from research, we discovered that during the Christmas period, current staff, both domestic and office staff, do resign and travel in order to celebrate Christmas with their lover one's. It will be better to ask for standby staff or employ new staff now so that the staff can get used to the system in your office or in your house before the current staff leave. Many staff will promise to return after spending a few days with their love one's but there will never fulfil that promise. Is it not better you go into agreement with us now and request for staff that will stay for long and will not travel for Christmas season or you want to wait till it's season when staff will be no where to see enough just as it is now because by then, the high rate of demand will definitely affect the availability of the staff.

To the best of my knowledge, it will be better if you can ask for staff now before it gets out of hand. Even in your shop, you need more staff because your customers will definitely increase and you need more hands to satisfy your customers. You may also need a security man in your shop, office, or store who will be watching over your goods because of some ba.d gang who will act as if there comes to patronise you but later steal goods which will affect your business.
