Applications are now open for the L'Oréal Fund for Women to support frontline organizations in their efforts to help women to get out of poverty, prevent domestic, sexual and gender-based violence against women.

HOW NOT TO WRITE A FAILED GRANT PROPOSAL

Your NGO’s ability to present M&E in project reports will ensure timely internal reviews and external reporting in compliance with the funder’s requirements. How you organize the data will play a key role here.
The frequency of writing a progress or status report for your funder can be driven by them (quarterly, semi-annually or annually) but it is highly recommended that you prepare these reports more frequently. This will help you in program learning by means of periodic internal reviews and course corrections. It will help you to understand any requirements of redistributing roles and responsibilities too.
