The Be The Change Initiative is a flagship and bold movement by committed to promoting open governance, active citizenship, and sustainable development across Africa. It empowers young leaders through civic education, digital advocacy, and grassroots mobilization to drive accountability and positive change in their communities.

This year, we’re raising the bar with the 2025 Cohort, as we set out to empower over 3,000 young changemakers across Africa, our largest cohort yet. These champions will gain training, mentorship, and resources to design and implement impactful social projects in governance, climate action, education, health, and more.

Together, we are building the largest social change network of youth leaders committed to transforming their communities from the ground up. Because real change doesn’t wait, it starts with bold citizens who step up to lead.
