Li-Fe-PO4 batteries, also known as lithium iron phosphate batteries, are a type of Li-ion battery that uses an iron phosphate cathode. Li-Fe-PO4 batteries also have a low self-discharge rate and can operate over a wide range of temperatures. However, Li-Fe-PO4 batteries have a lower energy density compared to other Li-ion batteries, which means they can store less energy in the same physical space.

In summary, the best battery system for a particular application depends on the specific requirements of that application.
