There’s a quiet rebellion happening, a "Buy Nothing Rebellion."
And honestly, I’m in.
Over the years, I’ve realized how much we spend chasing the “new.” New pots, new aesthetics, new gadgets, new phones.
But true peace begins when we stop trying to fill and start learning to appreciate.
Here are five things I refuse to buy anymore:
1. More pots
2. Changing kitchen aesthetics
3. More dishes and plates
4. Extra kitchen equipment
5. New phones every year
The less I buy, the more I see how abundant my life already is.
What will you refuse to buy henceforth ?
No music this time. Just the real sound of my kitchen… the clinks, the bubbling, the questions between shots.
This is me calm, focused, grounded, and doing what I love.
Every scene you see in my reels comes from moments like this…
Cooking, filming, tasting, adjusting, until everything feels right.
It’s not perfect, but it’s honest.
This is how I create.
Tell me, which part do you enjoy most when you cook? The stirring, the tasting, or the quiet in between?
