Leadership is one of the most important skills every high-performing person needs, and most people never learn it intentionally.
Cohort 7 of the Foundational Leadership Development Course (FLDC) at The Fort Institute is a 12-week, fully virtual leadership formation programme for young Africans aged 15 to 35, delivered in English or French. It is built around small, live learning communities facilitated by alumni near-peers who have walked this path before you. The focus is not just on skills. It is on character, ethical reasoning, self-awareness, and the kind of institutional thinking Africa urgently needs more of.
