NO-OVEN EXPRESS COCONUT CAKE 🤤🥥 INGREDIENTS: ▪️ 1 egg ▪️ 3 tbsp milk or plant-based drink (1.5 fl oz) ▪️ 3 tbsp oil (1 fl oz) ▪️ 2 tbsp sweetener (erythritol, sugar, or similar – 0.7 oz) ▪️ 1 tbsp shredded coconut (0.3 oz) ▪️ 3 tbsp sifted flour (1 oz) ▪️ 1 tsp baking powder (0.17 oz) ▪️ Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon ▪️ Chocolate chips to taste (about 1 oz) ⏳ Time: 30 min | 🌡 Covered pot over medium-high heat STEPS: 1️⃣ In a bowl, whisk the egg with milk, oil, and sweetener. 2️⃣ Add sifted flour, shredded coconut, baking powder, lemon zest, and juice.
