• Persons are unqualified to take part in a current competition if they won a Namib Mills competition within the last three months.
• Competitions are only open to Participants from 18 years and older.
• The Directors, Permanent or Temporary Employees of Namib Mills and their immediate/direct family members/dependents as well as Agencies of Namib Mills, shall not be eligible to participate in this competition.
• The decision of The Provider is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding results and the awarding of the prize.
• The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or other products or services.
• The prize is awarded in its current state. The Provider is not responsible for any visible or hidden defects in the prize nor for any damage during delivery (shipping) of the prize.
• The winner is able to claim the prize up to three months after publication. After this period, entitlement to the prize automatically expires.
