COPPER CABLE THEFT INCIDENT – KHOMASDAL (WINDHOEK)

Dear Valued Customer, please be advised of the following:

Service Impact: Fixed Voice and Data Services
Affected Area: Khomasdal (Windhoek)
Affected Streets: Visarend, Martha, Mary, Susanna, Delta, Omega, Gladiola, Petronella, Gamma, Zeta, Alpha, Beta, Sigma, Omicron, Lambda, Epsilon, Iota.

The disruption is due to a copper cable theft incident affecting telecommunications infrastructure in the area.

Technical teams have been deployed and are actively working to restore services as quickly and safely as possible.

Customers are encouraged to report any suspicious activity near Telecom Namibia infrastructure to the Namibian Police or the nearest Telecom Namibia office.
