The December Executive Support Service is a new, proactive solution designed to look after your property and give you complete peace of mind while you are away during the festive season.

*Property Security & Patrols*

We ensure the security of your home through regular, documented checks:
• Active Patrols: Our security officers will conduct active patrols at your house.
• Proof of Presence: Officers will use a unique tagging system upon arrival, which provides verifiable proof that they were on-site.
• Minimum Two Checks Daily: This tagging will occur at least two times within every 24-hour cycle.

*Alarm & Emergency Response*

• Alarm Monitoring: Please note that this service does not include direct alarm signal monitoring.
• Emergency Contact Option: However, we strongly recommend you add our TSU emergency number as a temporary emergency contact. We can then respond and handle the situation for you immediately.
• Property Access: If you are comfortable, you may leave a gate remote with us, at your discretion, to ensure immediate access to your property in an emergency.
Additional Property Management Support
We can also provide support for unforeseen home issues:

*Supervision for Maintenance:*

- Should there be a water leak, electrical failure, or if you need us to supervise contractors or unknown service people entering your home, we can manage this for you.
• Cost: This added support is invoiced hourly at a rate of N$ 250.00 per hour, with no call-out fee.

*Pet Care Services*

For an additional cost, we can provide dedicated care for your pets:
• Services: Feeding, watering, and walking for your cats, dogs, etc.
• Cost & Updates: N$ 350.00 per day, including photo and video updates for your assurance.
