Are you an experienced Financial Manager looking for your next challenge within the hospitality industry?
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading hospitality group seeking a highly competent and commercially minded Financial Manager to oversee the financial performance of multiple business units.
This is a senior leadership position suited to someone who enjoys working strategically while remaining hands-on with daily financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full financial management of the business, including budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Financial analysis and strategic reporting to ownership and executive management.
• Overseeing debtors, creditors and payroll functions.
• Ensuring statutory compliance, tax submissions and financial governance.
• Managing audits and maintaining strong internal financial controls.
• Developing and improving financial systems, policies and procedures.
• Working closely with operational management to improve profitability, cost control and overall business performance.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team while driving accountability and excellence.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
✔ Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
✔ Several years' experience in a Financial Management role.
✔ Strong leadership and people management skills.
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔ High attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills.
✔ Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge.
✔ Hospitality or multi-property experience will be highly advantageous.
✔ The ability to work independently while contributing strategically to the wider management team.
