Compassion, empathy, patience, and love — these are not optional. They are your tools, just like gloves or a stethoscope. You bring them into every shift, and you don’t put them down, even when it’s tough.

So if you are joining this industry for money, praise, or recognition, you will burn out fast.

But if you’re here because you care — truly care — then you’ll find a quiet, deep purpose in this work that no amount of applause can give.

I have openings from 8 am to 10 pm Monday to friday. Im very careful dependable. I do light house keeping medicine reminders,personal hygiene. I dont mind pets.Im in Windhoek/Okahandja. MANY GOOD REFERENCES IF NEEDED.
