Process Engineer & Drafter

*Develop, evaluate, and improve metal fabrication and manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control.

*Maintain proper documentation, drawing control, and technical records.

*Convert design concepts into accurate, production-ready fabrication drawings.

*Analyze production workflows and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.

*Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.

*Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.

*Revise drawings and processes according to project requirements or site changes.

*Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma; preferably in Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in drafting/ engineering , preferably in manufacturing, metal, or engineering sectors.
