A competition entry for a building in Kuching. Needless to say, we were just one of the many entries. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the participation.

This is the kind of ‘mass’ (density) that developers pursue and Architects happily or reluctantly do for whatever it’s worth. I guess on paper the numbers are simply staggering!

You see, there is definitely a balance that needs to be achieved. Land potential doesn’t necessarily have to be maximised for anticipated profits. Besides, given current circumstances, it’s no longer fashionable to showcase your worth. Figures - you can make them lie as well. 😔
