We’re looking for someone who can step into a plant, understand what’s happening, and turn that into a solution—and eventually, a deal.

🔧 What this role is really about:

You’ll be out in the field—meeting engineers, walking production lines, and understanding how things actually work.

Then your job is simple (but not easy):
👉 Turn problems into solutions
👉 Turn solutions into sales

📈 What you’ll be responsible for:

• Growing sales and hitting targets
• Building new customers (not just waiting for enquiries)
• Managing and expanding existing accounts
• Visiting factories across Peninsular Malaysia
• Recommending instrumentation solutions (flow, pressure, level, etc.)
• Following up and closing deals

👤 We’re looking for someone who:

• Has an engineering background (Diploma/Degree)
• Is willing to go out, meet people, and learn on-site
• Is sales-driven and wants to earn more
• Can work independently (this is a field role)
• Is okay with travelling

Fresh grads are welcome—attitude matters more than experience.
