Email Registration Guideline

1.下载注册表，填写表格并扫描或照片以确保其清晰。
Step 1.: Download the registration form, fill out the form and scan or photo to make sure they are clear.

2.注册费汇入大华银行账户。UOB A/C No : 2553030201 户名: Catholic High School
Step 2 : Registration fee is remitted to the UOB bank account. (UOB bank A/C 2553030201

3.将表格和汇款证明邮寄到公教中学的电子邮件信箱。 [email protected]
Step 3 : Forms and bank slip will be mailed to the Catholic High School email. ([email protected])

4.等待公教中学回复并发送参与证明。
Step 4 : Wait for the Catholic High School to reply and send proof of participation.
