At Part 1 of the UPLIFT GUIDE TO REVERSE AGING workshop last Thursday, 8MAD Group founder and CEO, Patrick Wee shared the latest science on why all of us age and highlighted some ways we can reverse (or slow down aging) whilst preventing chronic diseases.
In Part 2 of the series tomorrow, Patrick will deep dive into how we can activate our longevity genes and how it's possible for us to reprogramme our brain to embrace new habits that we know is good for us (but just donโt!). He will also be touching on natural ways we can all boost our immune system based on research and his personal experience.
We also have a special guest in the workshop tomorrow evening, internationally recognised hypnotherapist, ShuEe Wee who will provide us an insight into neuroplasticity and how clinical hypnotherapy can help us rewire our brain!
