1. To hire Sales & Project Engineer:

Basic Requirement:

• Candidate must possess bachelor's degree in either Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience in the air conditioning or refrigeration industry
• Preferably with previous experience in facility maintenance or management
• Able to work on shift, weekend & Public Holiday
• Shift allowance & OT for weekend & overtime work

Key Responsibilities:
• As the Engineer for Tempcool Engineering, you’ll be establish professional in equipment responsible for project schedule updates, report documentation, and acts as the primary contact with customers.
• Resolves customer issues and escalates more complex issues as needed.
• Evaluate all approval systems for new and revised maintenance jobs and monitor all work instructions and maintain all deliverables for projects to maintain optimal qualities within required timeframe and coordinate with stakeholders to analyse all project requirements.
• Supporting management to achieve sales target and growing customer data base.

2. To hire Technician:

As a Field Service Technician you’ll be responsible for:
Maintain and perform repair on all refrigeration equipment and perform troubleshoot on all equipment.

Basic Requirements

• As a minimum you must have:
• Diploma holder with strong experience
• Min 2 years of experience in hands on technician role
• Familiar with repairing and servicing
• Has understanding on air conditioning within refrigeration field

2. To follow up with payments after equipments have been delivered.
3. To develop new clients and introduce new equipments from time to time.
4. To maintain a sales report on daily travels. This is to enable the management to advise and assist you on the clients, approach and evaluation.
5. To co-ordinate sitework after confirmation of projects, including liason with architects, consultants & owners.
