Most people who leave an industry don’t come back.
I did. But not because I missed it.

I came back because I finally understood the difference between building a business and building a person.

For a long time I thought selling was enough. Post. Promote. Earn. Repeat.

It wasn’t enough for me. Not because it doesn’t work. But because I wasn’t growing inside of it.

What I wanted was to lead. To find people serious about their own growth and walk that journey with them.

That’s a different thing entirely.
