Although we live in (mostly) sunny Malaysia, these mood changes often happen at the end of the year as many of us reflect on the time that has passed and look forward to a new chapter of our lives. As much as we hate to admit it, this can be a stressful time of the year! 😩
So, if you’ve noticed that you’re suddenly feeling more moody than usual – don’t fret. It’s completely normal and is caused by a variety of factors. The key is in being able to manage it well. ✨
