I still remember the first time I tasted this beautiful dish in Chennai.. it was aromatic, comforting and filled with layers of flavour that told a story with every bite.
It captivated me instantly.

The balance of spices, the tenderness of the mutton, the warmth of the gravy… it was unforgettable.
Today, I’m trying to recreate that same magic in my own kitchen, with my own touch and memories, so I can share this experience with all of you..
