In case of $BTC going below $20 000, $MSTR (MicroStrategy Incorporated) is getting exposed to significant risk of financial distress or even bankruptcy. Reason is that it would be having trouble to pay out its massive debt of $2.4 billion, which company took in order to invest in bitcoin at much higher prices.

I believe current downtrend in $BTC might continue for a while as financial conditions are getting tighter and liquidity is being drawn out of financial system. With that in mind $MSTR share price may tumble as much as 60% from here to its 2020 low of ~90$. Especially given that its main business is unable to generate any meaningful growth

Current rally of almost 100% in less than a month followed by rejection of resistance creates very attractive short position from here
