NOTICE
Regarding New Traffic Regulation for Tourist Vehicles in Hanoi
Dear Valued Partners / Clients,
We would like to inform you that according to the latest regulation issued by the Hanoi People’s Committee regarding the operation of transport vehicles within Hanoi city:
Tourist buses with 28 seats or more are not allowed to operate on several inner-city streets during peak hours, specifically:
● 06:00 – 09:00 AM

● 04:00 – 07:30 PM
(Applied daily)

This regulation may cause certain difficulties for tourist pick-up and drop-off arrangements within the central areas of Hanoi, particularly for groups traveling by 29–45 seat coaches.
Therefore, we sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adjusting travel schedules when necessary, as well as being flexible with transportation arrangements.
For example, in cases where large coaches (29–45 seaters) need to operate during the restricted hours, we may need to arrange smaller shuttle vehicles (such as 16-seat vans) to transfer guests to or from the inner city areas.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could inform your clients in advance about this regulation so that they can be prepared and better manage their travel schedules.
