✅ Handle sales entry and responsible for daily/ monthly sales accounts recording functions.
✅ Process company monthly salary, billing, claims, and supplier payments.
✅To run payments, invoice, and maintain daily bank reconciliation.
✅Responsible for timely monthly closing and preparation of monthly management accounts.
✅To handle both company and director’s filing.
✅To handle staff working leaves, MCs’s.
✅To prepare daily postage or delivery schedules.
✅ Ad hoc task or assignment as and when required.
✅ Other roles and responsibilities deemed required to support the company's business goals.
✅Well-versed in English & Malay (both writing & speaking).

Training on book-keeping will be provided.
