Today revolved assisting a customer to sign Letter of Administration (LA).

What is LA?

You apply Letter of Administration (LA) if you don't have a Will - long cut

You apply Grant of Probate (GP) if you have written a Will- shortcut

Most people think that when you pass away, everything that you own is automatically pass down or transfer to your loved ones. Thats what was thought generally.

Unfortunately is NOT. Is not that easy when you need to go through the long way. Is not just sign papers , attend high court hearing, pay remaining debts, funeral charges.

Is more than that, when the case turns ugly which involved fightings between family members for the deceased estate. The family member that we called "Blood Related" will use any forms of action to get their portion left by the deceased.

All these ugly scenes can be avoided if only a special document was make it in black white , A WILL or TRUST.

Why put your loved one in such situation when it can be avoided at the first place? If you know how simple is the process to write a WILL or TRUST, you will save a lot headache, hassle, time and money.
