Steerix Technology

📢 As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on what truly sits at the core of our growth at Steerix Technology — the people who show up every day and deliver.
Just 18 months ago, we were a small team of fewer than 15. Today, we’ve more than doubled in size — not because we chased numbers, but because this team consistently proved what they’re capable of 🏆
📈 Our growth came from taking ownership of hashtag — solving complex design challenges, delivering under tight timelines, and earning the trust of our clients and partners through results.
🤝 That trust wasn’t given; it was built through discipline, accountability, and quality ex*****on within short spans of time.
We’re also stepping into 2026 with strong momentum, having successfully secured two digital transformation / Industry 4.0 projects involving AI, reinforcing the confidence our clients place in our capabilities.
We recently closed the year with a team-building session, and it reminded me of something important: while our work is technical, our strength is human.
In a market where specialised engineers are in high demand, I’m proud of the culture we’re shaping — one where people
🤝 take charge,
✅ deliver what they commit to,
🙏 respect timelines, and
⛔️ never compromise on quality.
✅ To the team: thank you for stepping up, taking ownership, and making pressure feel like a shared mission.
✅ To our clients and partners: thank you for trusting us and growing alongside us.
As we head into the year-end break, I wish everyone a Happy New Year and a well-deserved rest.
I’m heading into 2026 with gratitude, responsibility, and quiet confidence in what this team will achieve next.
What are you looking forward most to the New Years?
See you in the New Year. 🥂
p/s: Thank you Sharon Shamla Rajamanickam and Y De Buzz for all the great work during the team building session, you guys did a great a jobs!
Regards,
Ragavan

💡 Inspired by Joanne Kan's post about Western Digital's Innovation Week, I'm so impressed by companies that truly champion a culture of hashtag innovation, where employees are empowered to be the driving force of change 👏
When you create the right environment, remarkable things happen, like the astounding 2,700 ideas submitted by their Global Operations worldwide in conjunction to WD's Innovation Week 2025😲
💪 This is the same principle that brought companies like GE and LEGO back from the brink. The carousel shows how they shifted from "this is how we've always done it" to "how can we do this better?"
A strong digital mindset isn't just a theory; it's a practical foundation for growth that empowers employees, fosters innovation, and leads to improved efficiency and new business opportunities. 📈
What's a specific action or initiative you've seen an organization take that truly fostered a culture of innovation? Share your story below!

🚧 The Unseen Cost of hashtag ManualTesting: A hashtag LeadershipChallenge
In today's fast-paced hashtag digital landscape, the phrase "move fast and break things" has evolved into "move fast, but make sure it works." For many companies, this tension plays out in a critical but often overlooked area: quality assurance 👍
💡 The story of a recent client offers a powerful lesson. They were managing their releases with a traditional, manual testing process. On the surface, it seemed manageable: a team of five engineers, three months of work, and a cost of up to RM100,000 per release. But what was the true cost? 💰
⛔ Beyond the financial investment, manual testing at this scale creates a bottleneck. It's not just an expense; it’s a productivity drain 📉 By dedicating a five-person team to this repetitive task for a quarter of the year, they were diverting valuable, skilled talent away from more strategic, high-impact work—the kind of work that drives innovation and growth.
🚀 A New Mindset for a Digital Future
The shift to automated testing wasn’t just a technical upgrade; it was a strategic decision. By automating their core test cases, the client reduced the testing timeline to just ✅ one month and the team size to a single engineer. The result was a dramatic 90% cost saving per release.
✅ But the most significant return on this investment wasn't just the money saved. It was the newfound freedom. This liberated the majority of their engineering talent to focus on what truly matters:
1️⃣ building new features,
2️⃣ improving user experience, and
3️⃣ exploring next-generation solutions.
This isn't just a story about a successful project. It's a case study for leaders grappling with digital transformation. The challenge is no longer about whether to adopt new technology, but about identifying where automation can deliver the greatest strategic impact. It’s about viewing your talent as your most valuable asset and deploying them where they can create the most value.
Thought leaders are those who recognize that the future of business isn't just about efficiency—it's about unleashing potential.
The question every leader should be asking is: what are we do

Engineeringleaders, I want to talk about something more than just deadlines. The current landscape is a 😰 , and it’s testing even the most experienced among us.
We're all grappling with a new reality where the challenges are no longer linear—they’re complex and interconnected. Let's break down the three that keep me up at night 😵
1️⃣ The relentless pace of disruptive technology. It's not just about keeping up; it's about anticipating what's next. From generative AI in design to the integration of IoT and digital twins, the technology stack is evolving at a speed that demands constant upskilling and a culture of continuous adaptation. The moment we master one tool, three new ones emerge 😕
2️⃣ The rollercoaster of fluctuating project demands. We swing from a state of intense overload, where teams are at risk of burnout, to periods of underutilization where valuable talent is benched. This isn't just inefficient—it's a massive challenge for resource allocation, team morale, and maintaining a steady pipeline of meaningful work. 🤔
3️⃣ The ever-present struggle to source and retain specialized talent. The market for top-tier engineers is fiercely competitive. It's not enough to offer a competitive salary; leaders must build a compelling culture, provide clear growth paths, and offer challenging work that truly inspires. Losing a key team member can set a project back months and impact our ability to innovate for years.
These aren't minor hurdles; they are fundamental challenges that can significantly impact your team's capacity and your organization's ability to innovate.
I'm curious to know: which of these challenges resonates with you the most, or is there another one that you believe is the most critical for engineering leaders today? Share your perspective in the comments
