π’ Stamp Duty Voluntary Disclosure (SD-VD) 2026 Is Now Open
Do you have agreements, contracts, or documents signed between 2023β2025 that were not stamped or stamped late?
LHDN has introduced the Stamp Duty Voluntary Disclosure (SD-VD) 2026 under the Program Khas Pengakuan Sukarela (PKPS) β allowing eligible taxpayers to regularise documents where stamp duty penalties may be waived, subject to conditions.

1 January 2026 β 30 June 2026

β Agreements & contracts
β Tenancy & lease agreements
β Letters of offer / appointment
β Loan & financing documents
β Share transfer instruments
β οΈ Important:
Penalties may still appear on the assessment notice, but will be automatically waived during payment, if all PKPS requirements are met.
This is a time-limited compliance window before enforcement resumes.
