Malaysia has exhibited steady economic growth in recent years with the construction of major projects such as the Kuala Lumpur - Singapore High Speed Railway, Greater Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia My Second Home Program, in turn demonstrating the nation’s resolve for progress. Recently, due to the welcomed influx of foreigners into Malaysia, together with the mild climate, friendly culture, orderly urban planning, and good public order, Malaysia has transformed into a high quality and hospitable country. The local real estate market also exhibits steady, healthy growth with minimal opportunistic investment practices. This is coherent with Bionic’s management philosophy, making Malaysia a high quality market worthy of long-term development. Consequently, Bionic began preparation in 2012 and launched the first construction project in 2013. In so doing, we have materialized the Taiwan headquarters’ ideals of “New scope, new perspective, and new breakthrough” in the overseas market emanating with immense potential. By expanding the Malaysian market, we aim to reinforce our sustainable management. Furthermore, through transnational experiences, we hope to stimulate creative planning in Taiwan and Malaysia by merging the most attractive aspects of the two locations, thereby creating an architectural style exclusive to Bionic and allow home buyers in both countries to enjoy a more internationalized selection of architecture.
