As we come to the close of another meaningful year, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to each of you—our NextGen community—for walking this journey with us.

2024 has been a year of connection, reflection, and growth. Together, we created spaces not just to network, but to pause, explore, and rediscover who we are beyond our roles and titles.

This year, we journeyed together through:

A NextGen Self-Discovery Workshop in Singapore, creating a safe space for reflection, identity, and inner clarity

Our Annual Chinese New Year Gathering in Kuala Lumpur, celebrating traditions, relationships, and new beginnings

The NextGen Wellness Retreat in Bentong, Malaysia, reconnecting mind, body, and soul

A NextGen Philanthropy & Sustainability Study Trip to Kuching, Sarawak, deepening our understanding of nature, conservation, and meaningful impact

Co-organising the Penang International HanWang Forum, bridging wisdom, technology, and cross-generational dialogue

And finally, our Annual Christmas & Year-End Gathering, celebrating friendships, shared experiences, and the year we’ve lived together.

As we step into the new year, Innovatif+ is entering a new chapter.

We are restructuring and repurposing our platform with a clearer intention:
to empower NextGen leaders to reconnect with their inner compass, rediscover their life purpose, and lead from a place of authenticity and alignment.

From this grounded foundation, we believe true collaboration can emerge—

She helps individuals and teams deeply understand themselves to unlock their full potential and live in alignment with their values.
