JOB VACANCY FOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT 🔥
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• 22-35 years old
• Up to RM3,500 per month in salary
• Minimum Diploma in Executive Secretary or related field
• Resourceful, good problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills, proactive, energetic and self initiative
• Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office and social media like Facebook, Instagram
• Required language(s): Good oral and written skills in English and Chinese, Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to commence immediately
• Preferred fresh graduates
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performing secretarial duties and handling related matters
• Monitoring and reporting manager’s email and responding if required
• Carrying out specific projects or event or online campaign
• To attend to all secretarial and personal administrative and research support duties
• Undertake any ad hoc assignment tasks
