A family of 3 kids flying from US Newark Liberty International Airport bound for India complained that their $10,000.00 business class seats are infested with bed bugs. Their infant daughter was covered in bites and her mom's arm was badly bitten on the 17 hours ordeal. It had a significant impact on their travel experience and unfortunate stress that they encountered during their flight, especially considering the high cost of their business class seats.
