Hi guys🤗
Today admin would like to share about types of chocolates that usually used in the making of choco jar. There are three types of chocolate which is dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate.
1. Dark chocolate.
Dark chocolate is the most popular chocolate between these three due to its health benefits. In the United States, dark chocolate sometimes labeled as “semisweet” or “bittersweet,”. Dark chocolate in the 65 to 70 percent range will be pleasantly bitter and slightly creamy, while anything reaching into 80 percent and beyond will be too brittle and bitter to enjoy on its own.
2. Milk chocolate.
Milk chocolate is creamy and sweet because it contain 10 percent of cocoa solid and 12 percent milk which gives milk chocolate a soft and melty texture. Milk chocolate is sweeter and less bittet than dark chocolate because it contain extra dairy and sugar. Milk chocolate is really suitable for eating on its own as it is easily melt.
3. White chocolate
There are some people who regard white chocolate is not a chocolate since it doea not contain cocoa solid. However, according to FDA, white chocolate is consist of at least 20 percent of cocoa butter, and 14 percent milk, milk solid or cream. Lack of chocolate bitterness is make up by its creaminess. Thats why white chocolate is so sweet and creamy.
