On 10–11 March, MIMOS Academy delivered the Certified AI Practitioner Course at Pahang Skills Development Centre for lecturers and students.

The programme focused on TVET-based applications, particularly in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and industrial simulation systems, providing participants with practical exposure to how Artificial Intelligence can be integrated into automation and smart manufacturing environments.

Through hands-on learning and industry-relevant discussions, participants enhanced their technical competencies in AI-enabled automation, preparing them for the evolving demands of Industry 4.0 and the future of intelligent manufacturing.

Initiatives like this highlight MIMOS Academy’s commitment to developing future-ready talent and empowering educators with the skills needed to drive digital transformation in the industrial sector.

MIMOS Academy recently conducted the “Semiconductor Industry Overview Training for SIRIM Academy”, a two-day program held at MIMOS Berhad, Bukit Jalil.

The training provided participants with valuable insights into the semiconductor industry landscape, covering key concepts, industry trends, and the role of semiconductors in powering today’s digital technologies. The session aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem and its growing importance in supporting innovation and technological advancement.

Through this engagement, MIMOS Academy continues its commitment to capacity building and knowledge sharing, supporting industry professionals with relevant insights into emerging technologies and industry developments.

From Feb 23 to Feb 27, a comprehensive Train-The-Trainer (TTT) program was conducted at MIMOS Berhad. This wasn't just a course; it was a strategic investment in our greatest asset—our people.

Why TTT? In the rapidly evolving tech landscape, subject matter expertise is only half the battle. TTT ensures our team masters the art of Adult Learning (Andragogy) and Competency-Based Design. By sharpening these skills, we ensure that every program delivered by MIMOS Academy is impactful, structured, and results-driven.

This initiative stands as a testament to MIMOS Academy's unwavering commitment to internal staff development and upskilling.
