Siemens Logo 6 vs Logo 8 continue.. 😅

Problem with Logo 6 is the product already discontinued. And this machine, one of the digital module is damaged. Signal received 'high' but display status 'low'.

Found used module 24R (24vdc) but this base Logo module is 230R (230vac). According to what I read in Siemens forum, both can't be mixed without analog module in the middle.

Proceed for repair module and conversion to Logo 8.

First time encounter with the Logo. But it's quite cool though. With the display features to show status of the Input Output, and also program edit while stop mode.

Logo 6 - need to use Logo cable to online

Logo 8 - has mmc, ethernet communication and more features.

Admin bercadang untuk menghidupkan kembali page ini dan mengubah kepada PLC Made Easy kerana admin sebenarnya bekerjaya sebagai PLC Engineer. Excel VBA hanyalah sebagai hobi yang admin gunakan untuk meringkaskan kerja di pejabat.

Semenjak 1 tahun yang lalu Admin adalah seorang freelancer PLC programmer, disebabkan anak no.3 Admin menghidap penyakit Bronchiolitis Obliterans dan mendapat bantuan oxigen 24jam.

Admin akan terus juga berkongsi ilmu berkenaan Excel VBA jika berkesempatan. Di harapkan anda semua terus menyokong Admin. Jasa baik anda amat dihargai.
