We'll have two (2) new 4-week programs in March; AMRAP and Powerbuilding.
To experience what these programs are all about, join our trial sessions this February on Tuesdays and Thursdays at AEON Xpress' functional training area.
Trial sessions are FREE for LUF Premium & Xpress members.
Non-members can join by sigining up for at least a 1-day gym pass, if slots are still available.
Each class is limited to 6 pax maximum, therefore class slot booking is required through members.levelupfitness.com (Under AEON).
