About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring a seamless experience with our IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and efficient IT support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring a clear understanding of their concerns.
Document customer interactions and solutions in the company's ticketing system.
Collaborate with the internal technical team to escalate complex issues when necessary.
