About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring a seamless experience with our IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and efficient IT support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring a clear understanding of their concerns.
Document customer interactions and solutions in the company's ticketing system.
Collaborate with the internal technical team to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required.
Strong understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and basic networking.
