POSITION: ADMIN ASSISTANT
REPORT DIRECTLY TO: ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum SPM qualification, efficient computer and typing skills is a MUST. Able to read and write in good English, Bahasa Malaysia and a few other languages or dialects Pleasant telephone and in-person manner and voice. Able to multi-task.
SUMMARY JOB: Assist office paperwork and traceability management.
DESCRIPTION: Update info into the database and document filing. Maintenance of records and filing systems provide secretarial services for office staff as needed. Order supplies, coordinate mails and dispatch/courier services implement any instructions as required
WORKING HOURS: MON-FRI 8:00AM to 5:00PM, SAT 8:00AM-12:00PM
SALARY: RM1100-1600
FULL-TIME, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, BONUS
